starting of a new season

Life in portland has been quite the adventure.. So far I've lived here for 11 months! I just recently moved to the pearl district in downtown portland. since doing so I have felt this great sense of independence again. its my first real experience of living in a city.. and I must say its different then I thought it would be. I know its only been a month, but the majority of the time I have spent here has been me wandering the streets alone getting lost. haha.. or painting and listening to music in my apartment.. somehow I thought it would be more of a crazy time in my life.. hence living in the city.. :) like staying out late and living a fast pace life. so far its actually slowed down a lot..

I know God is still doing a work in me and through me.. its just that I'm struggling with how to fit in a place thats unfamiliar and unknown. This season has really challenged me in figuring out where I am with God and what I'm called to be.
